The 2011 Georgia Legislature approved two changes to the Forest Land Protection Act (FLPA).  Both changes are landowner-favorable:  one covers breach of covenants and the other addresses valuation of contiguous acreage added to FLPA acreage.  Ga DOR has already adopted new rules incorporating the changes.
